Prep for an interview

I have an interview at a huge teaching hospital in few weeks. I currently have only 6 months of experience at an SICU community hospital which doesn't mean a lot. I need to prep for this interview really well. What books do you recommend me reading or what other material I can use to prep for this coming interview. I need to get this job. It's my dream job.

I am so desperate for your help . Any advice would be appreciated.:typing

If you interview with people that do behavioral interviewing you will want go to the library and check in the career section for books on interviewing. They will give you lots of insight on how to answer "where do you want to be in 5 years?", "What are your weaknesses?", etc.
