Im planning on going to to the bridge program from lpn to rn. I dont't have any college credit at all. What are some classes i'm going to be require to take before i start taking my Rn classes? I'm a mother of 3, i don't want to go and spend money on classes that i don't need.

The following may be what you need to take depending where you go to school: Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology (usually 2 semesters), Microbiology, Speech and/or Philosophy, English, Psychology, Sociology.
Best thing to do is check with the colleges that you plan to apply to......:)

You definitely want to look at the programs in your area and one you might want to apply to because it varies a great deal. There are a few classes that ought to be a given (like at least one semester of english, A&P,psych) but you want to start looking at individual programs before you get taking more classes so you don't waste your time on classes you don't need.
If I compare my required my general education classes to those listed above; I did NOT need: Government, History, Research or Physical education. But I had to have Human development (developmental psychology), sociology, and microbiology lab.
Congrats on deciding to go back to school! Good Luck
