Potential interview and I need help

I had an interview for a position on a telemetry unit and it was so hard. I had reviewed interview questions but when I sat there being asked "If you have three patients who would you see first and rational? Plus they have these" The questions were scenario based which I was not prepared for. I did the best I could and didn't get the position. NOW, I have a critical care cardiac unit reviewing my application. IF they call for an interview I would like to be more prepared because it's been 4 months since school and I desperately need a job like two months ago so if you all can suggest questions and possible answers I would GREATLY appreciate it! Thanks!
