Portfolio disaster!

Hi!

I am in a panic as I've just accidentally knocked my cup of coffee over my portfolio and a few pages of signed competencies have been ruined :nailbiting: has this happened to anyone else and what did you do?!! Can I reprint the pages and get them resigned as it's due in in 3 weeks!! Or will this fail me ahhh. Personal tutor is yet to reply to me!

    Are these for skill checkoffs? If so, they should have a master list with students' competencies.

    Ruined as in "unreadable" or ruined as in "coffee stains all over them."

    If it's the latter, it's not so big a deal. Likely the instructors will re-sign them if shown the coffee-stained original. And even if not, they still show that you completed those competencies. If they were signed by staff at your clinical site, you're probably just going to have to live with it.

    If it's the former, you're in a heap of trouble.

    The only person to answer this is a faculty member.
