Please help

My gf just took the NCLEX yesterday and called me in tears, she said she "knew she failed" because she did not get any priority questions. She had all 265 questions.

2 questions:

1.) Does it mean she failed?

2.) How can I console her? I told her to remain positive and that no matter what happens its not the end of the world. She will just take it again next time and pass.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have no idea, no one can know the mind of the nclex, but I had took the nclex in July and I had tons of priority questions and I failed, so no one knows and no one can give you this assurance, but tell her to pray and I wish her all the best from the bottom of my heart, God bless
