PICOT topic

I am struggling to find a PICOT topic that will work within strict parameters. The topic must have TWO interventions to compare to one standard intervention, cannot compare two products, and cannot be something that requires doctor's orders/medical topic. Unfortunately I'm having trouble finding something within these parameters because there have to be two alternative available methods that have had a sufficient amount of research, and I personally don't feel that I've had enough clinical experience to come up with anything. My first thought was comparing fem stop and c-clamp usage to manual pressure with hands when pulling a femoral sheath, but this is a comparison of two products.
