PI/QI Project - Getting Started?

Hi all,

I have just recently decided to submit my CAPs and am currently working on starting a PI project. I am having some difficulty developing an idea for my PI project that is measurable and hasn't already be done. Things that are issues within my specific unit and that I would like to research are: falls, re-admissions, central line thrombosis, and PPE protocol compliance with family/visitors.

My project can't be related to accountability (such as compliance issues from staff).

I work on an oncology unit if anyone has any ideas for something for unit-specific.
