Phoenix College - Spring 2017

Just a little topic to bond with my fellow cohorts! I have been placed for Spring 2017 with Phoenix College.

I just finished my background check and now am waiting for what comes next. How is everybody feeling?

I just got placed into Phoenix college. I am still a little unsure if I want to go there or wait another semester and get one of my top choices (PC was my last choice). Do you know anything about the school? Is it just as good as the other Maricopa Community Colleges and have similar technology?

yes please do tell. Whats the scheduling like and how long is the background process. i need to hurry and complete mines

Hi guys! I finally received my welcome packet and submitted everything. For me the background check took a week, but you can expedite it for an additional cost. Currently the schedule looks like Wednesday 8am-2pm, and M TU THURS FRI are 7am-3pm, but that is not for sure set yet. From what I have heard and read they typically only meet 4 days a week, with clinicals being held on one day and labs on the others.

December 15th is the first information session and hopefully I'll know more by then. In terms of how good the college is, it is just as good as any other Maricopa Community College, has the same technology, and is run basically the same besides school to school differences. I have heard great things about PC from many former students!

I just found out yesterday that I was accepted for Spring 2017 at Phoenix College! I sent in my background check information this morning and am currently waiting to receive my email with more information!

I submitted my background check yesterday so I will hopefully be getting my welcome packet soon!
