phd in nursing

hello there,

I am currently researching about pursuing a Ph.D in nursing. I have a BSN and am planning to go straight to the phd program. I have found several schools in my research that have this option. Although I am aware of the schools, I still do not know where to begin? could the current phd's shed some light on this topic, please!

What exactly is your question? Are you looking for an opinion of your plan? Are you unsure of what you want to focus on in your PhD program? Etc.

If you don't know where to start ... I suggest you start by contacting each school, verifying that you meet their requirements for admission, finding out the details of their programs to see which one best meets your needs, etc. Once you have selected the best school for you ... then you simply go through the application process.
