Pending Move

Hello, I plan to move this Summer to some part of Dallas, Texas. I am now living in MS, were the pay sucks if you are not an RN. I am also in school trying to get all my pre-classes out of the way for RN school. I am curious about pay for LPN/LVN in Texas. I have been a LPN for 3 years and have work Med/Surg; Long Term Care and ER. I am also IV certified. Would someone in Texas quote me a price range or if their is any difference. I am currently making $12.24 in the hospital working Med/ Surg and ER.

I worked as a LVN for Home Health in Pediatrics 2 years ago and made $16.00 /hr with mileage and ^ pay on Holidaysand weekends. Overtime was GREAT. When I left hospital nursing 6 years ago I was making $13.50 with benefits, I live in East Texas and don't know what the difference is in pay scale in Dallas are. I would think it would be more.
