• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on a 49-bed unit; including pre and post cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology studies, ablation, pacemaker insertion, coronary artery bypass, aortic and mitral valve surgeries, heart failure, and various stages of acute coronary syndrome
  
• In the role of team leader, act as a second charge nurse and resource for staff, provide procedural sedation for bedside procedures such as cardioversion, bronchoscopy, and chest tube insertion
  
• Serve as a preceptor for new staff nurses, offering support and guidance to promote competent, safe, and efficient care for patients
