Hey everyone! I have a job interview on Tuesday for a PCA job in a major hospital's NICU. I have worked home health for about 2 years in the past and the last 6 months I have been at a long term care facility while in school. I have been really wanting to make the switch over to a hospital because that's the setting I want to work in as a nurse. However, I hate interviews, I think I am awful at them so this one coming up has me extremely nervous. I am interviewing with one of the nurse managers on the unit, can anyone give me advice of what she may ask/they'd be looking for? What are some good questions for me to ask her?
