payment for nclex registration

is it okay to pay for the nclex registration using a bank draft from another country? i read the bulletin that it must be "drawn on a bank in the United States" does it mean it should be from the u.s.? i dont want to register on line. Help please!!! Thanks :)

registering online is as safe as paying either by bank draft or by check. You may wanna check your bank as well regarding the rules and fees for US currency bank draft.

yes it is safe to pay on line because it is faster and the site is secure. Like indicated above you will need to check your bank etc. to determine electronic payment/ transfer to pay the fee. I have done mine both on the phone and online. good luck to you.
