Paper/Pencil ID?

I'm taking the TEAS again, and this time it's on paper. My school is requesting a "paper/pencil ID" - what is this and where can I find mine?

    I'm not sure if I am too late answering you, but my school requested the same thing and it also confused the hell out of me. However, I think I figured it out. You have to go to the teas website and register. Once you are registered, you will have a homepage and on that homepage there will be a number that says paper/pencil ID.
