I am going to be taking nclex in about 2 months an dI was wondering, are you allowed scratch paper to calculate math questions? I am very visual, and using the calculator on the computer only works for me if I can first set my problem up on paper. Do let allow a piece of paper and a pencil???

When I took NCLEX, they gave me a dry erase board and a marker.

At pearsonvue they provide you with and eraseable board with a marker, the computer provides a calculator you can not bring anything with you into the test site no pen, watch, calculator, palm, coat, purse basically just the cloths on your back .............but it was nice to have the erasable board but I did not have to use it not even once......the calculator you just click on like just like the kaplan review Good luck on your test
test is 6 hrs long
Lot of priority questions
a few new style question but not many.........the type is the one where you pick more than one answer..............or the type you fill in.............etc
good luck
