Pace University Accelerated BSN Program Fall 2014

Hello everyone, I applied to the Pace accelerated bsn program Fall 2014 cohort but I am still waiting to get a response. I applied back in February but every time I call I am told that my application is still in review. Is there anyone else still waiting for a response from this program as well??

I applied to the Pace too but is traditional program. I applied 2 months ago and just took the HESI entrance exam yesterday but i did bad?. I talked to the advisor, he said he will talk w nursing department then let me know. That waiting process is horrible.. did u need to take entrance exam? Which department u called (admission or nursing department)?

Hey I did not have to take an entrance exam because I applied for the accelerated program so I'm assuming the requirements are a bit different :/ the times I have called, I have spoken to the admissions department which hasn't been very helpful. I agree with you, the waiting process is pure torture. Pace is the only school that has not gotten back to me yet and I am anxiously waiting for their response to make my final decision. I'm hoping it will be soon!

I cannot wait anymore. I got accept in the other nursing school and it will start on July 7. By the way, Which school u get accepted?

I was accepted to NYU and the University of Rochester. Oh wow, the start date to the other nursing school is so soon! So what have you decided to do?

Hi! I am also waiting for their response. I applied in mid March and all of my documents were received early April. I called the graduate admission department last week and they said I should expect a decision to be made within 2 weeks. Hopefully we will all here from them soon!. Good luck everyone!

Hi @epelayo, just wondering. Have you heard any news yet?? I've called the graduate admission office numerous times now but they could never give me a definite answer as to when all decisions will be made/sent out.

@nursehopeful13 My application is still in review :/ I called today actually (and have called in the past) and they were also unable to give me a definite answer. They told me the committee was in the process of filling the remaining spots. This waiting process is horrible! Hopefully we'll here from them soon; whether good or bad, I just want to know!

@epelayo I am told the same thing by admissions every time I call. I agree, this wait is pure torture. I applied in mid February and have yet to hear anything. At this point, I'm really not sure if that's a good or a bad thing :/ Were you interviewed by them?

I just received the accept letter today. Im so excited. ? Now I am thinking which one I should go. Pace university or Georgian Court university. Any suggestion, everyone? I heard Pace nursing program always try to fail the students. Is it true? Confused now. Pls give me some advice. Thx
