PA DUI

Trying to get some thoughts about being arrested for DUI non-driving I know its still a DUI even though I wasnt driving but had control to operate my vehicle, I failed the NCLEX and wanted to submit the re-examine application but I had a temp license and I already submitted the document into the SBON for them to know I have this pending trial. My question is will this cause me to have to go into the PNAP any thoughts on that  part? its my first ever dui with no background I was told the board feels that you are a drunk if you were arrested for DUI however would they even consider any charcter statements etc. I don't know the BAC yet im gone assume it was high I also wanted to know even if they were to hold my license etc would they even let me re-test? I have a lawyer for the DUI and then I spoke to a lawyer whom told me that I may end up doing the PNAP I've read stories and I know that everyone is different just wanted to know has anyone dealt with something similar and how did things go not scheduled for pre hearing until sept
