online applications

I've been a nurse for a long time, generally very happy in my job, just kind of itchy lately and feeling like I need a change. I filled out several online applications this weekend and wow. After all the job related questions, there are all the diversity questions. And just computer weirdness, like having to click a country and a city as well as state for my RN licensure (as if my license is only good in this one city? What if I work in the next town?).

It's just kind of weird. When I first started applying for jobs, it was a several-times-photocopied piece of paper with misspellings on it.
