Ohio STNA test?

I was hoping someone could give me some insight on the Ohio STNA test. I'm going to schedule my test date and I have massive test anxiety. I understand how the test works and what I need to know. I'm just intrested in hearing about how the test actually happens. I only know of 2 test sites in Columbus and I'm interested in hearing anything at all relating to the test proceedures and the environment of the test. I'd be so appreciatvie of any input! Thanks!

I recently took my STNA test. Its pretty easy. They will split you up, one person goes and does the skills portion then one person gets put into a waiting room. Everyone else goes and takes the written part of the test. The skills portion everything is laid out for you so you don't have to remember every little thing you need in a skill. The tester will tell you the skill and you can ask them to repeat the skill requirements as many times as you need. You can repeat any skill that you think you did wrong in your time limit. It took me about 15 minutes to do all my skills.

Thanks for the response! So they had all the supplies out. Were they grouped together by skill? Getting my supplies worries me. It's been a while since I took the class and I'm not working oin the field yet. I have lots of reviewing to do. Were there any other people in the room during your skills test or just you and the tester? Can I ask which facility you went to for your test?

Yeah, I'm a basket case, lol.

Where do they offer stna classes?
