oddly related?

I'm a first-year student, and we just started our psych rotations. I'm writing up my care plan, but the notes I took from reviewing the patient's chart are very haphazard (I was short on time).

Her chart had indicated that she was "difficult to redirect, oddly related, and anxious." I'm not entirely sure what "oddly-related" means. I tried looking it up online, but couldn't figure it out, and I don't have my book on me. :uhoh3:

Could someone help me out by telling me what the phrase "oddly related" means in psychiatric nursing terms? Thank you!
