Hey Everyone,

I am graduating from an Accelerated BSN program in Charleston, SC in December. YAY! I tentatively registered for boards today for the second week in December. I just had some questions.

I applied to NYP for a few jobs and have had great experiences with their recruiter and new graduate residency coordinator. However, NYC interviews much later than any other place I’ve applied.. which is unfortunate because NYC is my first choice.

I am very interested in the NYP_cornell residency program. The recruiter told me that they would start talking to new potential Rns in November for potential jobs in January. I was told my the residency coordinator that a new cohort starts in March. Does that mean I wouldn’t be able to work until march?

Anyone in the program or just finished with it? Is housing assistance available?

Any help is greatly appreciated as this is where I really want to be!
