Nursing Student Summer Program

I just finished up my 2nd semester of nursing school, and will be in 3rd semester in the spring and I'm looking for some type of summer internship. I've lived in the same state my entire life and I'm dying to get away, so I'm really open to anything in the U.S. I'm also not sure what area I would like to work in, although pediatrics and/or emergency are possibilities. I've been looking around and have found a few options, including MayoClinic and some programs in Houston, TX. While these look cool, I was wondering if anyone on here has any suggestions, has participated in, or has heard of any cool programs anywhere. Some cities that strike my interest are San Antonio, TX, Detroit, MI, and Nashville, TN. But I'm really interested in anywhere!! Thanks!
