Nursing Home Pay

I was wondering how the nursing home pay I’m kinda confused m. My supervisor said we get paid on The 13th and 28th. The pay period is 1st-15th but I get paid on the 13th. So am I being paid for a week or for the full 2 weeks?

     So the 13th you get paid, you'll be getting paid the hours from the 16th-30th. Then on the 28th you're getting the hours from the 1st-15th.
