Nursing Application

I'm just a very optimistic person. I was seeing if anyone had the same interaction as I had when talking to the admission adviser at School of Nursingm just finishing up things I needed for the application . I was there couple days ago and she told me to wait outside in the lounge and 10 min's later she came out with one of the instructor. She introduced me to the instructor and we talked for about 10 min's. I'm asking if anyone has experience if that's a good sign or they just do that.
