NURSE SQUARED software. Lost login info = I have to pay for a new login????

Long story short, due to unusual circumstances I've lost my login info to Nurse Squared software. My program director says I must now buy new login info for around $50.

Is there really no way to retrieve password info for Nurse Squared?

I'd never even heard of this product before reading your post, but I went to the big google machine. Here's the "contact us" page off of their site:

Hi Jonathan,

I am with the NurseSquared Team and saw your post. Please send an email to [email protected] with your the name of your college / university and your user id, and first/last name and our team can research to try and get your code to you assuming that you have set yourself up in the database.
