Nurse Corps

I will not graduate with my FNP degree until May 2017 and I have a couple of questions in regards to Nurse Corps for anyone who well-versed in Nurse Corps' Loan Repayment program...

I understand a higher facility score and higher debt-to-income ratio improve my chances of being accepted to the Nurse Corps Loan Repayment program, are there any other things I should be doing boost my chances of being selected for Nurse Corps? i.e. volunteer-type activities?

Also, can I apply to Nurse Corps before I graduate (the due date is usually in February, I graduate in May) without already having a job/facility?

Which nurse corps are you referring to? Are you talking about USPHS?
