NPs with DNPs how do you feel about this

It doesn't change their scope of practice, so who really cares.
Sorry i meant to say how do you feel about NPs with DNPs calling themselves doctor
I don't really care as long as they are clear about being nurse i.e. I am Dr. X your Nurse Practitioner. I have worked with several CRNAs that had their doctorates, and none of them bothered to introduce themselves as Doctor. I think the only thing that it is going to change is physicians are going to have to start introducing themselves as I am Dr. Y your physician.
There are numerous healthcare professionals that are now have their doctorates and none of them have monopoly on the title doctorate. It is simply an academic degree not entitlement.
