NP Name Change

Hello everyone, 

I know this was posted for RNs but I haven’t seen anything for NPs. I’m a FNP in Texas and I am getting married in a few months. I am planning on legally changing my name and can’t really find much information on the process and where all I need to send my new information. I know I need to  change with the BON, but do I also need to contact my school and get a new diploma? What about the AANP, TMB, NPI, etc. if anyone could provide any info, I would greatly appreciate it! Much Love xoxo
