NMC application

Hi I am new here and have been reading a lot about your experiences in UK registration and it has helped me a lot. I am in the process of submitting my documents though I have a lot of concerns. Can anyone please help me out?

1. The stamp on my reference form was put outside the box. It was put on the signature line. Will nmc accept that? Or should I have it stamped again?

2. I've read that ielts need to be scanned and uploaded too? Is it true? Cause I dont see any option un my portal to have it uploaded.

3. My other employer does not have a dry seal. They were able to make a letter that no stamp exists. Shall I have it notarized? Or not necessarily?

I really dont want to make a mistake in the process. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!
