NMBI application pack follow up

Hi, I am a Nurse here practicing in the Philippines and planning to work in Ireland. I have sent my request for application pack worth 350 euro last May 21, 2018. Since then I have been waiting for the application pack. I don't have a direct agency there in Dublin so I really don't have any clue what to do next. Is there a way that I can follow up or check if my request has been processed? I need some advice. Thanks!
