Night Shift Nurses: Please answer my survey

I'm a student at Western Governors University working on my Masters of Science, Nursing Education Capstone. I have a short survey I'd like you to answer, especially if you work night shift.

I only need a few more participants. I'm studying the impact of offering facility-required coursework during the normal working hours of the night shift nurse and how it will affect job satisfaction.
