New 2 NICU

Hi everyone,

I am new to these boards and NICU too, just wanted to introduce myself and extend a warm hello to everyone !

I have been reading through some of the posting and I must say there are some extremely compassionate NICU nurses here, but hey where else would we be !

I am a newly licensed RN, going straight into a level III NICU at a teaching facility in northern NJ. Needless to say I am extremely nervous, totally anxious and completed thrilled !

I only hope that I can be as great a NICU nurse for all my little patients as you all seem to be.

Any suggestion, comments and pearls of wisdom..... PLEASE SHARE
