I am a new grad and I have been working at Duke for about a month now. I moved from Wisconsin I have found it hard to meet new people. Once I am done with a full day at work, I don't want to ask anybody to hang out- I just want to go home and sleep. Anybody else in the same pickle? If any other new grads are finding it hard to meet people, let me know, I would LOVE to hang out and explore North Carolina!

What are your interests? In order to meet people and develop friendships, often a person has to look outside of the work arena. For instance, are you interested in attending any churches or synagogues in your area, exercise clubs, taking a class, etc?
