New Grad programs @ UCLA and Cedars

Hey everyone..

I graduate in August from an accelerated BSN program and have been doing interviews for the past few weeks. I have 3 great offers but am still really unsure of which one is the best choice for me. I'm wondering if anyone has gone through or known anyone who has done the new grad programs @ UCLA and Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles. Specifically, the L&D/pp area at UCLA and the L&D and/or Pediatrics depts at Cedars. I need pros and cons to both or even pros and cons to each hospital b/c I'm not sure how the environments are etc except for when I was interviewing there. Lastly...are there any new grads out there in California who have found hospitals who are giving decent sign-on bonuses or loan forgiveness programs??
