New Grad Program Interview Rancho Springs/UHS/Southwest Healthcare

Hi There AllNurses!!

Have an interview this week for the New Grad RN Program at Rancho Springs Medical Center/Southwest Healthcare/UHS in Murrieta, CA! Does anybody have any tips or pointers regarding this program or facility, or the interview process? They already had applicants take the Medication and ECG Test, as well as the online Behavior Test up front.

Does anybody else have an interview this week, as well?

Thanks for any input :)

Hi echavarin!

How did your interview go? I interview with them in a few weeks. What kind of questions did they ask? Any tips? Hope it went well!

Thank you :)

How did the interview go? I have one with them in a little over a week and would love some feedback on how the interview process is.
