New Grad PCU Interview

I'm a new graduate nurse and my first interview is at a PCU on Thursday. I'm very excited about it, but have been searching for several months and really want this to go well. It's the first round of interviews and any advice as to what to expect would be much appreciated (what questions specifically for a PCU/tele floor to expect, what qualities they're looking for...etc.).

They've asked me to bring a change of scrubs to shadow on the floor after the interview. Is that typical for first-round interviews? Are they just expecting me to observe... is it simply a floor orientation? Does that mean I'm likely to be hired if the interview goes smoothly? Any insight would be much appreciated.

Thank you!
