New grad experiences

What was the worst experience you had working as an LVN/LPN new grad? And how did you manage the stress?:uhoh3::uhoh3:

...j/k (sort of). Being the newbie is stressful. Keep reviewing your textbooks based on the patients you had that day to help reinforce why you completed certain treatments and work on developing your competence and expertise. I know nobody wants to look at work stuff when they get home but it quickly will go a long way in distinguishing you from someone that shows up and meanders through the day as a nurse that takes an interest in being competent with a good knowledgebase. Keep your chin up, the first bit is rough until you get some experience.
