New Grad Advice

I am having an issue that I would like advice about. I am a new grad and have received two offers for employment. The first is on the medical neurology floor at a teaching hospital and the second is a psych float job. My ultimate goal is to become a psych NP and maybe obtain my FNP after that. I'm very confused on which to go for. Any help would be great. FYI the neuro job is over an hour commute. Neuro is D/N rotating and psych is nights. Both 8's. Any advice??

    Since you said your ultimate goal is to become a psych NP, it seems reasonable to take the psych job. Why would you want to get your psych NP and FNP? Those are polar opposite fields of practice. If you do decide to do both programs, double check with your state and make sure that you can hold dual licensure.
