New CNA transfer?

I'm a junior, who will be taking CNA classes through the college here through my high school next year. I graduate next May, and I will have earned my CNA certificate. I was wondering if I have to stay in Arizona and work for x amount of time before I can try to transfer my certificate to another state. (Texas) Will it be possible for me to try to transfer my certificate if I don't plan on working in Arizona first? Or do I have to stay and work before becoming eligible to transfer?

Thanks!

Once you have your certificate you should just be able to apply for a "license" by endorsement through the Texas BON or health department. Whoever oversees the CNAs for that state.
