I am a new clinical educator, feeling a little over my head. My background is outpatient infusion therapy (8 years). I am doing clinical on med/surg. I am a competent nurse, however I have been away from the bedside for many years that I feel like a novice again! Any advice/tip to be an effective clinical instructor after being away from bedside for so long? Thank you!
