Neuro interview in two days!

Hi, I'm a senior nursing student doing my practicum in a med/surg ICU. I have an interview for a neuro ICU position at a major hospital in my area. I have experience as a float pool CNA in the hosptial and have worked on many different units, including neuro regular floors. I have excellent grades, good references, and have performed well at my practicum site. My preceptor actually said she wished they had an opening for me there. This is the same one that on my first day told me most new grads need 6 months to a year med/surg prior to ICU. Needless to say I was flattered.

Any recommendations for me before the interview? I would really like to get this position. Is a suit too much to wear?
