Need PICO help

Hi is this a good PICO question: Does the use of Universal protocol influence the decrease of wrong side surgery in surgical patient who have surgical procedures regarding laterality.

I am also being asked for time, so would that be with in the surgical case time?

essentially I am trying to see if using Universal protocol is helping to decreased wrong site/side surgery.

    Your wording doesn't make sense. I would word it like this

    Does performing a Time Out in the OR reduce the incidents of wrong patient/site/procedures in surgical cases. Hope this helps!
