Need Ideas for Practicum Hours

Hi everyone,

I am in my first semester of my MSN degree in nursing executive leadership. The course I am taking right now is Nursing Leadership and Systems Thinking. I need some ideas on things I can do for practicum hours. My program is online, so I have been emailing my teacher almost every day with tons of questions. She said my hours need to be somewhere related to systems thinking. All I can think of is shadowing a quality improvement nurse. I was given less than a week to figure out what I am going to do. With me being brand new to a graduate program, I am at a complete loss of where to go from here. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance.
