Need help: Peer interview

I had a phone interview last week Friday which i thought was horrible becos i had 2 people interviewing me at the same time and i had to pause a lot b4 answering their questions and the line kept going off........ Anyway i was called back for a second interview which they said will be a peer interview. I gave never heard of that and i need help to know what too expect. I will also be shawdowing a nurse too.

ANY COMMENTS WILL BE APPRECIATED. THANKS

Congrats on getting the second interview :) That is great. That means that the phone interview went well. Don't stress out too much about the peer interview, just be yourself and you will do great. The peer interview is with nurses that are already employed on the unit you are interviewing for. It is my understanding that the purpose of the peer interview is more to find out what type of a person you are and if you will "fit in" and work well with the nurses that are already employed with that unit. Don't be stressed, I'm sure you will do fine :D Good luck! Just be confident and let your true personality shine through! Let us know how it goes.
