2. What is your role in the Department?

3. How many years of experience you have?

4. Tell me about your work in the hospital? What nurses do (receipts, changing diapers, nursing actions)?

5. how many nurses work on the shift?

6. How many patients a nurse is responsible for?

7. How many nurses with master's degree working in your department?

8. Is the work of a nurse with a master's degree the same as the work of a nurse with a bachelor's degree? If not what is different
