I have been a nurse mow for roughlty 12 years now, first as an LPN then later an RN. nursing is the only career dream i have ever had. thru all these years i had yet to have a single med error, write up,verbal worning, nor a complaint from a single coworker, patient, or family member. i have always beem typically deemed a leader and motivator and always willing to help.im not tryig to come across egotistical or a modern day mother theresa, thats just the kind of work i strive for....well this unblemished record xame to a screeching halt after falling pray to a nasty vindictive new manager, who i have to say is a smart on. this is by far not one of those typical "i didnt do ot, it wasnt me, it was someone elses fault" type of the story is long so i will spare u al, because im in desparate need for any advice anyone wpuld kindly provide me.
