Need an advise and helpful tips please

I am a RN for 1 year and will start working on a medsurg flr on 24th of Oct this month. Any helpful advise? I wanted to have atleast 6 mos to 1 year of experience in medsurg and learn different kind of skills before moving up to something. Thanks in advance.

Get a book on Med Surge Quiz questions and do them, lots of them to help you build up your way of thinking so you can learn to prioritize and. understand what to expect. Good luck.
