Need advice!

Hi everyone! So, I am currently a RN for 3 years and just started FNP school. I am in ny second semester. I have a baby who is 8months old now! I want to make sure this is the right step for me to take in my career, and figured getting advice from fellow nurses/NPs would help me make this decision. My biggest concern is having time with my family and raising my son. Sometimes it is hard enough now finding childcare one day a week, let alone 3-5 when I am a working NP. One thing i LOVE about nursing is the flexibility and many options. Can you all please tell me your story? Did you feel this way? What do you do for chilcare? What do you like/dislike more being a NP than a RN? Share all you can! Thanks ;)
