I have taken my RN exam 2 times and I am taking a break from studying now. Spoke with nursing instructor and she was encouraging me to take the the LPN exam until I am ready to retake the RN so I can get some funds. Should I take the LPN exam? Need Advice?

Are you working right now? If not I would not depending on how when do you plan to test again because you really need to study this time. You do not want to confuse yourself in studying for LPN and then studying RN that my opinion.
I only work 2 days a week @ the bank and it is not paying the bills. My instructor thought that was a good idea since I really had no income. I guess you may be right. Thanks
