Need advice please

I am a home health nurse who worked for two different companies simultaneously. Stupid me didn't keep good records so many of my visit times overlapped. Now I'm being investigated for billing fraud as I am being accused of not making those visits which I did, I may have messed up on the times but I made every last visit. I have an attorney and he is working with me but was wondering if anybody knew of anyone who also did this or is going through this themselves. Did their license get revoked? What about Medicare as these where Medicare certified agencies....

    I have no experience with this, sorry...but IMO hiring the attorney was a very smart move.
